Where do you prefer to get your MLB news from ESPN or MLB NETWORK?
Do you have a preference between ESPN BASEBALL TONIGHT or MLB Networks nightly show What are your thoughts on the analysts and announcers the MLB network brought in. How do they compare to the crew ESPN uses. Hi Rbdgirl2 not sure who your cable company is, but I subscribe to digital Charter and the MLB network is part of service with no extra costs. This is not the case with NFL network as it's treated as a premium channel.

- I like ESPN's Baseball Tonight better because it's more fast paced and MLB Network seems like they go too in-depth.
- I like the commentators on MLB Network better than those on ESPN, but I watch Baseball Tonight more often, because I don't get MLB Network in my room. ;/ I'd rather just watch Fox Sports Kansas City, though. I like hearing about the team..from the team. Plus, the announcers are close to the players, so they have a better perspective.
- I prefer MLB Network. As a former MLB player I want to know that my former peers are reporting about the game. They have played professional baseball on the Major League level. It's great that one of the greatest General Managers, Mr.Hart is there. So not only do you have former players but you have a Front Office Executive reporting his knowledge as well. ESPN is only into sensationalism. ESPN is the equal of the NY Post, Washington Times, Los Angeles Daily News. Junk Journalism in sports. MLB Network is far and above better than ESPN Baseball Tonight.

- I've been watching ESPN's baseball tonight for years. Maybe I'll consider subscribing to the MLB network.
