for direct tv our fox sports net channels wont come in and we bought the whole pack with all those channels?

and we bought the whole pack with direct tv with fox sports net and the pregame show and stuff will come in on that channel but when we it comes to game time like when you want to watch a hockey game it will say channel not purchased, we had direct tv come out and they said you need a hd receiver it that true?

1. You need to call customer service to get it corrected. Good luck as they phone wait will probably be long.
2. Call Direct TV about it...you may have a bad signal or they need to correct it.
3. you need a HD reciever if you are on a HD channel..
